Key Responsibilities:
Job Description – Inventory Manager (Sweet Shop & Warehouse)
Manage daily inventory of sweets, raw materials, packaging, and other store supplies.

Experience: 2–5 years in inventory management, preferably in a sweet shop, food retail, hotel, or FMCG warehouse.

Key Skills: Stock management, Excel/MIS reporting, FIFO/FEFO, warehouse operations, and team coordination.
Maintain accurate stock records for the sweet shop and warehouse.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product freshness, following FIFO/FEFO practices.
Supervise receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of goods.
Coordinate with the kitchen, purchase team, and sales staff to ensure timely availability of stock.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Minimize wastage, spoilage, and stock shortages.
Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock, invoices, and delivery challans.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage conditions.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
