Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and assist visitors, employees, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and registers.
Coordinate with the HR and Admin teams.
Manage appointments, courier services, and incoming documents.
Perform basic data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.




Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada are mandatory.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Positive interpersonal skills and a polite attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Candidates should be presentable, responsible, and willing to learn.
