Position:Customer Success Associate – Voice
Location:Jaipur (JPR)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
CTC: Up to ₹80,000
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Education : Graduate / Diploma in Japanese Shift: Rotational shifts
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Key Requirements
Solid spoken and written Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 level).
Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of the e-commerce and hospitality industries.
Ability to handle customer queries, booking requests, and complaints professionally.
Solid problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
