Ensure smooth operations across all Karnataka sites.
Maintain adequate manpower at every site.
Conduct site visits according to the approved schedule.
Ensure regular staff training and discipline.
Maintain client satisfaction and service quality.
Submit timely and accurate operational reports to Management.
