Job Description: Sales – Solar Projects & BESS
Responsibilities:
Generate current business prospects for solar projects and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Identify potential clients, develop leads, and build robust customer relationships.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to meet customer requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
Achieve sales targets and maintain regular sales pipeline reports.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in solar, power, renewable energy, or BESS sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Work Location: In person
