Job Summary

We are looking for an IPQA Executive / Officer to join our Quality Assurance department at our Palghar manufacturing facility. The candidate should have practical knowledge of in-process quality checks, GMP compliance, SOPs, and QA documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing and packing operations.
Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with GMP and approved SOPs.
Conduct line clearance before manufacturing and packing activities.
Verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
Monitor critical process parameters and maintain in-process quality records.
Identify and report quality deviations and non-conformities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with Production and QC teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Support QA activities, internal audits,



and implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to hygiene and quality standards on the production floor.

Qualification & Experience
B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm or relevant qualification.
6 months to 1 year of experience in IPQA / Quality Assurance.
Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing preferred.
Basic knowledge of GMP, SOPs, BMR, BPR, and QA documentation.
Valuable observation and reporting skills.

Local candidates only: Palghar, Boisar, Tarapur, Kolgaon, and nearby areas.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates with relevant manufacturing industry experience.

Location: Palghar, Kolgaon

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
