Role & responsibilities
Drive sales of commercial properties, including retail shops, showrooms and office spaces at Mayfair Commercial, a large-scale mixed-use development at Ayodhya Bypass, Bhopal.
Identify and acquire potential buyers, investors and business owners through direct sales, networking, referrals and channel partners.
Manage end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, project presentations, site visits, negotiations and booking closures on site and field.
Build and maintain solid relationships with property brokers, channel partners, real estate consultants and prospective investors.
Effectively communicate the project's investment potential, location advantages, commercial offerings and key selling points to prospective buyers.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, referrals and other sales channels.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines to successfully close sales transactions.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on commercial property pricing, market trends and investment opportunities.




Coordinate with internal marketing, CRM, documentation and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to booking.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of leads, client interactions, site visits and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record in lead conversion, client acquisition, negotiations and sales closures.
Robust network of property brokers, channel partners, investors and business owners preferred.
Good understanding of the Bhopal real estate market, commercial property pricing and investment opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience in conducting site visits, handling customer objections and closing high-value transactions.
Self-motivated, target-driven qualified with strong follow-up and customer management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines preferred.
