HOPUP India is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves assisting guests, ensuring their safety, providing an enjoyable gaming experience, and supporting the smooth operation of games and attractions.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and follow SOPs for all games and attractions.
Guide guests on game instructions and ensure safe participation.
Welcome and assist guests throughout their gaming experience.
Promote and upsell games and attractions.
Monitor the gaming area to ensure guest safety and smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with all safety and operational guidelines.
Maintain friendly and professional interactions with guests and team members.




Keep the gaming area clean and organized.

Skills & Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, customer-focused personality.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced entertainment environment.
Basic understanding of safety procedures.
Positive attitude and team-player mindset.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in gaming zones, amusement parks, entertainment centres, or customer service will be an advantage.
