Job Description: Inside Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive student enrolments, and achieve revenue targets across enCODE's courses, certifications, masterclasses, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Lead, train, and mentor inside sales executives to improve productivity and conversions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead follow-ups, counselling, objection handling, and enrolment closures.
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team targets through CRM and sales dashboards.
Build effective lead management processes and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and sales outcomes.
Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in EdTech or education.
At least 1–2 years of team management or leadership experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving conversions.
Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.

Follow-up efficiency and pipeline management.
Sales forecasting accuracy and revenue growth.
