Requirements

LL.B. degree from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience inlegalwork, preferably with experience in contract review and management.
Experience inlegalreview, drafting, negotiation and end-to-end execution of contracts.




Transparent understanding of contractlawand other applicable laws andlegalprinciples.
Solid organizational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to efficiently managelegaldocumentation and multiple requirements.
Ability to independently track contracts and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution and closure of the end-to-end contract process.
