Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate with customers, manage sales documentation, and ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and timely delivery.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding orders and payments.
Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer communications.

Required Skills




Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prepare sales reports and maintain documentation.
A positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline; preference for MBA in Marketing.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination or sales support.
Freshers may be considered if they have robust communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits
