Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and confident Public Relations Executive to generate business leads from government departments and private organizations. The candidate will be responsible for building qualified relationships, identifying business opportunities, visiting prospective clients, and supporting the company's business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate business leads from government departments, public sector organizations, and private companies.
Visit government offices, corporate offices, and prospective clients to identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials, corporate representatives, and other stakeholders.
Identify prospects related to software development, IT services, website development, and other company services.
Follow up with prospective clients regarding proposals, quotations, tenders, and business enquiries.
Maintain records of client visits, leads, meetings, and follow-up activities.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation and client interactions.
Perform basic documentation and office work using MS Word and MS Excel.




Coordinate with the technical and business development teams for client requirements and proposals.
Assist in preparing presentations, letters, quotations, and other business documents.

Required Skills
Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to generate leads and communicate with government and private-sector clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Basic computer skills, email communication, and documentation.
Good organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and official visits.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned lead-generation targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with business administration, commerce, or management backgrounds are preferred.
Must have a two-wheeler (scooty) and a valid driving licence.
Must be comfortable with local travel and fieldwork.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in public relations, marketing, sales, or business development will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
