Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our growing team at Xcell Communication.

Xcell Communication deals in B2B wholesale and distribution of mobile accessories, consumer electronics, home appliances, personal grooming products and other electronic products across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new B2B leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other channels.
Contact distributors, wholesalers, retailers, corporate buyers and potential business partners.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Negotiate prices and close B2B deals.
Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/Google Sheets.
Build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.




Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and professional approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfortable making a high volume of business calls.
