About Experto Lab

Experto Lab builds DM sales and appointment-setting systems for high-ticket coaches, consultants, and businesses across India and internationally. We help businesses convert conversations into qualified sales opportunities through structured lead qualification and appointment setting.

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Appointment Setter who can engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, qualify leads, and schedule high-quality sales calls for our sales closers.

Key Responsibilities
Initiate and manage conversations with inbound leads across Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Qualify prospects based on their intent, budget, decision-making authority, and urgency.
Schedule qualified prospects for sales calls with the closing team.
Follow up consistently with interested leads, unresponsive prospects, and no-shows.
Maintain accurate lead records, conversations, follow-ups, and booking details in the CRM.
Ensure prospects are well-informed and prepared before their scheduled calls.
Coordinate with the sales team and provide regular feedback on lead quality.




Work towards daily and monthly targets for qualified bookings, show-up rates, and conversions.

Requirements
Excellent written English and solid communication skills.
Experience in appointment setting, DM sales, inside sales, lead qualification, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Strong ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and engage prospects naturally.
Good follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Resilience, consistency, and a willingness to learn and improve through feedback.
Ability to commit to fixed daily working hours.

Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
Performance Incentives: Payments for qualified booked calls, with additional bonuses based on show-up rates and closed deals.
Earning Potential: High performers can earn up to ₹10 lakh annually, depending on performance, offer, and lead volume.
