KeyResponsibilities
 Installation, commissioning, and servicing of track-mounted machines.
 Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at site locations.
 Provide technical support and training to clients/operators.
 Ensure timely reporting of service activities and maintain documentation.
 Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
 Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at work sites.
 Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effectiveresolution of customer issues.




 Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for teammembers.
 Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing theirconcerns and ensuring satisfaction.
