Job description:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, books of accounts, and general ledger.
Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.
Support monthly and year-end closing and finalisation of accounts.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Manage inventory and stock accounting, reconciliation, and costing in a manufacturing setting.
Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate financial records, supporting documents, and internal controls.
Identify accounting discrepancies and improve accounting and reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field; M.Com or CA Inter is an advantage.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.




Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Experience in account finalisation, MIS reporting, and reconciliations.
Valuable understanding of inventory accounting and costing.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel.
Experience in FMCG, food, dairy, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
