QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate degree is mandatory; MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) from a reputed institute is preferred.
Knowledge of Jaipur's corporate landscape and healthcare market is an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet corporate customers, banks, TPAs, and insurance companies to empanel the Clinic and ensure high conversion in terms of customer flow and revenue.
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to increase referrals to the clinic.
Conceive and implement promotional schemes for retail/walk-in customers at housing societies, clubs, parks, and shopping complexes.
Identify high-traffic venues with an aim to generate awareness and interest in visiting Apollo Clinic.
Instil a 'sales orientation' amongst Customer Care Executives and guide/monitor them as required.
Regularly interact with consultants and encourage referrals to improve laboratory and diagnostic revenues.




Monitor marketing inputs such as direct mail and telemarketing to ensure effectiveness and take immediate action on leads.
Implement marketing activities based on guidelines provided by AHLL (Apollo Health & Lifestyle Ltd.).
Ensure effective follow-up for credit clients and maintain minimal outstanding dues.
Suggest cutting-edge measures to enhance clinic revenue and profitability.
Assist in front office functions when required to ease bottlenecks and support team spirit.
Adhere to prescribed reporting formats for sales inputs and productivity parameters.
Carry out administrative work at the Clinic as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
