Job Description

We are looking for experienced agricultural sales professionals with a solid understanding of dealer networks, farmer behavior, and rural territory development. The candidate will be responsible for expanding agricultural drone sales, developing dealer partnerships, increasing rural market penetration, and driving primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Appoint and develop agricultural equipment dealers and sub-dealers.
Build relationships with existing tractor and farm machinery dealers.
Drive primary and secondary sales and achieve monthly targets.
Expand distribution networks across high-potential agricultural markets.
Conduct village-level demonstrations, farmer meetings, and product awareness programs.
Promote agricultural drone spraying solutions among dealers, farmers, and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
Monitor dealer performance, retail sales, sales pipelines, and lead conversions.
Identify current business opportunities and track competitor activities.
Support institutional and subsidy-based sales wherever applicable.
Provide market feedback and identify opportunities for territory growth.





Required Skills and Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in tractor sales, farm machinery, irrigation, crop protection, or agricultural drones.
Strong dealer and sub-dealer network in the assigned territory.
Experience in rural market expansion, channel development, and territory sales.
Hands-on experience in farmer engagement and field demonstrations.
Understanding of agricultural sales cycles and seasonal demand.
Robust communication skills in the local language.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Graduation in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
