Position: Student Acquisition & Business Development Executive

Location: Dehradun Salary: ₹14000–₹1600 per month + performance incentives Probation: 3 months, with a 6-month performance review

We are looking for a target-driven skilled who takes ownership of student acquisition and admissions conversion.

Responsibilities: Convert existing student enquiries into confirmed admissions. Generate recent leads through schools, colleges, referrals and digital outreach. Conduct follow-ups, counselling bookings and pipeline management. Organise webinars, seminars and career guidance sessions. Coordinate social media outreach and maintain accurate CRM records. Submit weekly performance reports.

Performance expectation:



The employee is expected to achieve a minimum of two confirmed student admissions within the first three months, alongside measurable lead generation and pipeline development.

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary of ₹14000–₹16000, plus admission-linked incentives under the written company policy.
