Relationship Manager – Home Finance / Mortgages

Role Purpose
Drive Home Finance and mortgage business through customer acquisition, DSA and builder relationships, while ensuring solid customer service and adherence to banking processes.

Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan and mortgage business through DSAs, builders, connectors, referrals and market networks.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with DSAs and builders.




Identify prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
Understand customers’ financing requirements and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
Manage leads from sourcing through documentation and loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth case processing.
Monitor the sales pipeline and work towards assigned business targets.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC, compliance and internal policy requirements.
Track market developments and competitor offerings within the assigned geography.
