Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with design, tech, and business teams to define product requirements and success metrics.
Conduct user research, analyse data, and derive insights to prioritise product improvements.
Assist in managing the product roadmap and sprint planning.
Write transparent and concise PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
Track product performance using analytics tools and suggest optimisations.
Support current feature launches and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with trends in edtech, employability, and digital learning.
