Job Summary

We are looking for a Survey Telecalling Executive who can communicate fluently in Hindi and Konkani. The candidate will be responsible for conducting telephonic surveys, collecting customer feedback, and maintaining accurate survey records.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for survey purposes.
Conduct surveys in Hindi and Konkani.
Explain survey questions clearly and professionally.
Collect accurate responses and customer feedback.
Update survey data in Excel, CRM, or company software.
Achieve daily calling and survey completion targets.
Maintain a polite and skilled attitude during calls.




Submit daily survey reports to the team leader.

Requirements
Fluency in Hindi and Konkani is mandatory.
Valuable verbal communication and listening skills.
Basic computer and data entry knowledge.
Ability to handle outbound calls.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Preferred Skills
Telecalling or survey experience.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet daily targets.
Basic MS Excel knowledge.

Salary: As per company standards
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Day Shift

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
