Role Description This full-time General Manager Sales Marketing role is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves leading the sales and marketing functions, setting revenue targets, and developing strategies to achieve business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing customer service standards, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring prompt resolution of client issues. The General Manager will manage and mentor sales and support teams, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve market reach.



The role also includes analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with senior leadership on business planning and brand positioning.

Qualifications
Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining high service quality.
Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and relationship management to build long-term client partnerships.
Experience in General Management and Team Management, including leading, motivating, and developing diverse teams.
Strategic thinking and marketing acumen, with the ability to design and execute sales and marketing plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing onsite and remote team members.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in a senior sales or marketing leadership role, ideally within a rapid-paced or growth-focused organization.
