Manage daily café operations during the assigned shift.
Supervise and coordinate service crew, baristas, and kitchen staff.
Ensure proper staff grooming, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and task allocation.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and shift closing reports.
Coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations.
2–4 years of experience in café, restaurant, or QSR operations.
Positive communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.
Ability to handle a team and work in rotational shifts.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
