About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Retail Sales Executive to assist customers with product selection, provide product information, support billing activities, and maintain accurate sales and inventory records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to support daily store operations and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and availability to customers.
Support billing activities and respond to customer enquiries related to payments and stock availability.
Maintain daily sales records and update product-wise sales data.
Track product performance and identify rapid-moving and slow-moving products.
Compare physical stock quantities with system records and report discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the relevant team for stock updates.
Prepare reports on sales performance, customer enquiries, and inventory discrepancies.




Monitor product availability and support stock replenishment activities.
Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely assistance.

Candidate Requirements

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively with store staff and sales teams.
Customer-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
