Program Governance Strategy
Coordinate and execute the program roadmap in alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities.
Align and follow governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, ethical AI adoption, and transparency.
Partner with Business, IT Partners and Technology teams in finalizing high-impact projects.
Coordinate with Business, IT Partners and Evangelists to develop business cases, ROI models, and success metrics for initiatives.
Stakeholder Management Engagement Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT partners.
Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and steering committees.

Program Planning Delivery
Oversee end-to-end execution of programs from intake, assessment, and prioritization to deployment and hyper care.
Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives
Drive alignment across functions (Business, IT,



QA, CSV, and Architecture) to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
Implement standardized tools and methodologies for project tracking, documentation, and performance evaluation.

Risk, Quality Compliance Management
Ensure all projects adhere to internal quality standards, security guidelines, and industry compliance (GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).Manage program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively.
Collaborate with validation and QA teams to align AI solutions with compliance frameworks.

People Capability Development
Mentor project managers, business analysts and technical leads within the program.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through knowledge sharing
