The Operations Manager – Exports is responsible for end-to-end management of procurement, inventory, logistics, freight forwarding, and export documentation. The role involves coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement and ensuring inventory availability aligned with export orders. The manager oversees warehouse operations, stock control, and dispatch planning to avoid shortages or delays. They plan and execute logistics, including container booking, shipment scheduling, and coordination with transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.

The role ensures accurate preparation and verification of export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading,



and certificates of origin while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

Additionally, the Operations Manager negotiates freight rates, optimizes costs, tracks shipments, resolves operational issues, and coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and productive delivery of goods to global customers.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
