Accounts Payable – Roles & Responsibilities
Vendor invoice verification and processing
PO, GRN and invoice matching
GST and TDS verification
Vendor ledger reconciliation
Payment proposal and payment processing
Vendor advance management and adjustment
AP ageing and overdue monitoring
Debit/Credit note processing
Month-end accruals and AP closing
Payment documentation and approvals
Audit and statutory compliance support
Vendor query and dispute resolution
AP MIS and management reporting
ERP/SAP transaction recording
Adherence to internal controls and payment policies
Support in Statutory Audit and other accounting Activities whenever required.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
