Job Summary

VLCC is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Regional BTL Marketing Executive / Manager to drive local marketing activities, increase clinic footfalls, and improve brand visibility. The role involves executing on-ground campaigns, building local partnerships, and generating quality leads through events and activations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute local marketing activities, wellness camps, society events, corporate tie-ups, and influencer campaigns.
Generate leads and increase clinic walk-ins through local activations and partnerships.
Manage local vendors, promoters, and event agencies.
Track leads, walk-ins, campaign costs, and marketing performance using Excel or Google Sheets.
Support clinics with local promotions, WhatsApp campaigns, posters, standees, and referral activities.
Ensure brand guidelines and marketing standards are followed during all campaigns.




Coordinate with clinic managers and the central marketing team to achieve business targets.

Requirements
4–6 years of experience in BTL marketing, field marketing, or event management.
Solid communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
Experience in planning and executing on-ground marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of lead tracking, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
Willingness to travel locally and manage field activities.
Experience in retail, wellness, FMCG, telecom, or franchise-based businesses will be an advantage.
