Detailed Job Description.
Experience in BI platform administration, with solid hands-on enterprise Amazon Quick Sight administration.
Experience running production analytics platforms through incident, change, access and capacity management.
Experience with access, capacity and cost governance, and positive documentation discipline.
Experience in regulated, audit-intensive environments (documented approvals, access reviews).
Understanding of incident, service-request, problem,



and change-management processes for BI platform operations.
Ability to handle access provisioning, security changes, SPICE refresh failures, platform incidents and user queries within agreed service levels.
Working knowledge of platform governance access controls, usage and capacity monitoring, cost tracking and audit readiness.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar delivery and support-management tools

KEY SKILLS:
Administer users, groups, namespaces and asset governance, and manage identity, SSO integration.
Enforce row or column-level security, and manage SPICE capacity and refresh operations.
Monitor usage, capacity and cost, and govern releases and deployments.
Provide platform-level incident and access support.
