Role & Responsibilities Solar O&M; Engineer
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar power plants.
Monitor generation, inverter performance, and string status.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize plant downtime.
Ensure PM activities, cleaning, and maintenance tickets are completed on time.
Follow electrical safety procedures and HSE requirements.
Prepare daily and monthly O&M; reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical or EEE.
1 to 5 years of experience in Solar O&M.;
Knowledge of inverters, SCADA, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Willingness to travel to assigned sites.
