1.Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for HMC & VMC machines using CAM software and manual programming where required.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing specifications to create machining processes.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for effective operations.
Perform machine setup, prove-out of recent programs, and validate first-off parts.
Monitor and optimize machining cycle times, tool life, and part quality.
