About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Patient Care Coordinator to join our front-office operations team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, assisting them with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and resolving basic service inquiries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding patient appointments, clinic visits, and general consultations.
Provide explicit, accurate information about hospital facilities, OPD timings, and consultation procedures.
Follow up with existing patients for review consultations and health check-ups.
Accurately log call records, patient inquiries, and appointment details in the internal CRM/system.
Coordinate with front-desk and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient visits.
Maintain a qualified, polite, and patient-centric communication standard at all times.





Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of calling, customer service, or tele-counseling experience (Healthcare or clinic experience is a plus, freshers with strong communication may apply).
Languages: Fluent Hindi and basic functional English.
Skills: Good verbal communication, active listening, basic computer/data entry skills.
