Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate financial records. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, supporting audit and tax filings, reviewing work prepared by junior team members, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with clients to gather financial information, addressing queries,



and providing transparent explanations of financial data and reports. The Senior Accountant will also contribute to process improvements, assist in implementing best practices, and support the firm’s quality and timeliness standards.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, ledgers, reconciliations, and management reports.
Ability to oversee junior team members, review their work, and provide guidance and feedback.
Effective communication skills for client interaction, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
Attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments
Experience in audit, taxation, or advisory services in a CA firm environment is an advantage.
