Accounts Executive| Aluminium Manufacturing

Location: PANOLI GIDC NEAR ANKLESHWAR

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Work Hours: 9:30 AM - 7 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience in financial reporting, and proficiency in handling day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Maintain ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports.
Oversee GST, TDS, and other tax filings as per statutory requirements.
Handle invoice processing, billing, and expense management.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Work with auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Use accounting software (Tally) for bookkeeping and report generation.
Support the payroll process and employee reimbursements.




Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1.5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
