Job Description:
Manage end-to-end accounting, AR/AP, payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Finalize Trial Balances and provisions monthly and quarterly.
Prepare monthly MIS, board decks, and investor reports.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
Manage banking relationships and borrowing requirements.
Handle financial due diligence, cap table management, and fundraising support.
Lead audits and ensure timely completion.
Design financial policies, internal controls, and approval workflows.
Build and scale the finance team across accounts, FP&A;, and compliance.
Evaluate and implement financial systems.
Manage external stakeholders, including banks, payroll partners,



legal advisors, and CA/CS firms.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualified CA with 10–12 years of experience.
Experience managing finance for a ₹50–300 crore revenue company.
Startup/scale-up experience strongly preferred.
E-commerce, quick commerce, retail, or D2C accounting experience is an added advantage.
Proven experience building or scaling a finance function.
Robust knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Hands-on approach and ability to work in a rapid-scaling, ambiguous workplace.
Experience with fundraising, financial due diligence, cap table management, and board reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including investor and stakeholder communication.
