About the Role We are transforming our sales engine and rapidly scaling our premium interior partitions, wardrobes, and Aluminio B2B divisions. We are seeking a pure, target-driven "Hunter."

We have built a dedicated Operations & Delivery Pod to handle factory follow-ups, material dispatch, and installation. Your exclusive mandate is to build relationships in the market, scope project sites, and close high-value deals.

Core Responsibilities
Market Capture: Aggressively prospect and build strategic relationships with local Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders to generate high-margin project leads.
Site Scoping: Visit active client sites to capture accurate physical dimensions, structural constraints, and hardware preferences.
Deal Execution: Present formal quotations (generated instantly by our backend Sales Coordinators) and lead commercial negotiations to secure mandatory advance payments.
Funnel Velocity: Manage a clean, CRM-driven sales pipeline, moving deals swiftly from First Contact to Closed/Won.

Who We Are Looking For
2 to 5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in building materials, architectural hardware, glass, or interior furnishings.
A strong existing network of architects and civil contractors in the Ludhiana and wider Punjab region.
A relentless closer who understands how to sell premium quality and reliable delivery timelines over easy price discounts.
Comfortable operating within a strict, CRM-governed sales process.
