Key Responsibilities:
Quantity Verification: Verify contractor bills against actual physical in office progress, drawings, and measurement sheets.
Rate Analysis: Review and analyze rates for non-tendered, extra, or substituted MEP line items.
Reconciliation: Conduct strict material reconciliation for client-issued MEP materials to control wastage.
Certification: Process and certify interim payment certificates (IPCs), final bills, and debit notes.
Change Management: Evaluate, track, and document variations, deviations, and site instructions affecting billing.

Associate / Senior Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates,



budget forecasts, and cash flow projections.
BOQ Preparation: Take off quantities from MEP drawings to formulate accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Tender Management: Draft MEP tender documents, evaluate technical/commercial bids, and prepare comparative statements.
Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities in MEP designs without compromising on quality or compliance.
Contract Administration: Manage contract clauses, handle commercial claims, and close out contracts financially.
