Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled GenAI / Agentic AI Developers with solid software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have a background in .NET or Java development, solid Python expertise, and proven experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI applications in production environments.

Mandatory Requirements
23+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI
Minimum 2 GenAI/Agentic AI projects completed
At least 1 production deployment of a GenAI solution
Solid proficiency in Python
Development experience in .NET, C#, or Java
Experience in Front-End Development + AI OR Back-End Development + AI
Robust understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents

Technical Skills
Advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Agentic AI frameworks and architectures
LLM integration and orchestration
LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel (preferred)
API development and integration
Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Vector Databases and Knowledge Retrieval Systems
Enterprise AI application development and deployment
