We are looking for a CA-qualified Finance skilled to join our Accounting & Controlling team. In this role, you will be responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for India-based entities, including manufacturing plants. You will partner with local and global stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, robust governance, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
Support statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.
Partner with business, operations, and global finance teams on reporting and analysis.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.




Handle plant accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing-related finance processes.

Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
6+ years of experience in Accounting, Controllership, Financial Reporting, or R2R.
Robust knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS/IFRS, internal controls, and audit processes.
Experience supporting India legal entities and manufacturing operations preferred.
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Background
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multinational organizations.
Exposure to SOX, ICFR, statutory reporting, and compliance frameworks.
