Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and store visual merchandising standards.
Handle billing, stock arrangement, and inventory management.
Support upselling and cross-selling to improve sales.
Maintain store cleanliness and product availability.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Degree.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous retail sales experience is preferred; freshers can also apply.
Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
