Qualification: LL.B. from a recognised universityRole OverviewWe are seeking a legal skilled with 10+ years of experience, ideally with 5 years in a reputed law firm and 5 years in a corporate legal function, specialising in M&A;, joint ventures, and commercial contracting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead legal due diligence, documentation, negotiations, and execution of M&A; transactions.
Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and strategic partnership contracts.
Manage commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, service, and licensing agreements.
Provide legal advisory on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business transactions.




Identify legal risks and ensure appropriate mitigation across transactions and contracts.
Partner with business, finance, and external legal counsel to support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of legal experience across law firms and corporate legal teams.
Robust expertise in M&A;, joint ventures, and commercial contracting.
Sound knowledge of Indian corporate laws and contract law.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
