Key Responsibilities
Project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Baseline scheduling, WBS, milestones and critical path analysis
Planned vs. actual progress tracking and schedule variance analysis
Cost estimation, cost control, budgeting and forecasting
Project risk identification and mitigation planning
Progress reporting, dashboards and project performance monitoring
Coordination with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders
