Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily production and achieve production targets.
Supervise shop-floor activities and manpower.
Ensure production as per quality and safety standards.
Monitor machines, processes and production output.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and PPC teams.
Maintain production records and reports.
Identify production issues and support corrective actions.
Ensure 5S and discipline on the shop floor.
Required Skills: Valuable technical knowledge, communication skills, basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
