Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects. The role involves coordinating with team members and stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks, and escalating risks or delays to management.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project schedules, plans, and task trackers.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution of assigned activities.
Monitor project progress and report delays, risks, and dependencies.
Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.
Follow up on action items and pending deliverables.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
Maintain project documentation, records, and approvals.
Facilitate communication between management, team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Coordinate reviews, testing, quality checks, and project handovers as required.




Escalate unresolved issues and support the Project Manager in implementing corrective actions.
Ensure project activities follow organizational procedures and agreed timelines.
Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with project management and task-tracking tools.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Reporting To: Project Manager / Department Head

Performance Expectations: Accurate reporting, timely follow-ups, effective communication, organized documentation, and consistent tracking of project milestones and deliverables.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
