Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers enquiring about moving services and quotations.
Make outbound calls to new leads and follow up with customers who have received quotes.
Understand customers moving requirements, including moving dates, pickup and delivery addresses, inventory, and special requests.
Prepare or explain moving quotations using company pricing guidelines.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally.
Maintain accurate customer information, call notes, quotations, and follow-up reminders in the CRM.
Achieve individual sales targets and maintain high call quality.
Deliver a professional customer experience to customers in Canada.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent spoken English and telephone communication skills.
Confidence in speaking with Canadian customers.
Good listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable with inbound inquiries and outbound sales calling.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn CRM software.
Target-oriented, punctual, and eager to learn.

Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.



Experience in international BPO, telesales, inside sales, customer service, real estate, logistics, or travel will be an advantage.

Shift Timings
Shift A: 4:30 PM 11:30 PM IST
Shift B: 11:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST

Fixed or assigned shifts and weekly offs will be confirmed during the hiring process.
