Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize robust ETL pipelines using Python (Pandas, NumPy).
Clean, structure, and ingest complex datasets from multiple energy-sector and regulatory

sources.
Support the implementation and optimization of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

workflows and Vector Databases (e.g., Neo4j).
Collaborate with the Tech Lead and ML Engineers to integrate and deploy machine

learning models.
Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
Contribute to improving internal data processes and development best practices.

Reporting

This position reports directly to the Tech Lead and works closely with the Lead ML Engineer.

Requirements
Solid communication skills.
3–5 years of skilled experience in Python development.
Strong hands-on experience with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation.
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, LLM APIs, and Vector Databases.




Experience using Git and familiarity with CI/CD fundamentals.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have
Exposure graph databases and knowledge-graph concepts.
Hands-on exposure to collaborating with US and UK teams in a global work environment is a strong advantage.
Experience working with large, complex, or regulated datasets.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
