Job Summary

Aditya Ventures Global Projects Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled Civil Engineer / AutoCAD Draftsman with experience in building construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing complete technical and execution drawings for residential, commercial, healthcare, office, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural, civil, and structural working drawings.
Prepare detailed interior working drawings, including furniture, ceiling, flooring, partitions, and wall elevations.
Prepare plumbing layouts (water supply, drainage, and sewer).
Prepare electrical layouts, lighting, power, and conduit drawings.
Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings.
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Prepare BOQs and material quantity take-offs from drawings.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, site engineers, and project managers.
Revise drawings as per site conditions and client requirements.




Maintain drawing revisions and technical documentation.

Required Skills
Expert in AutoCAD 2D (Mandatory)
Positive knowledge of building construction drawings
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and interior detailing
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
Strong knowledge of construction standards and site execution
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Revit or SketchUp knowledge will be an added advantage

Qualification
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
AutoCAD certification preferred

Experience
2–8 years in construction and interior projects

Preferred Candidate
