Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Develop and implement process improvements through PFMEA studies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve assembly production and control plan issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
Implement effective process control measures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Analyze data using Excel and SAP to optimize production processes.

Job Requirements :
Solid understanding of Assembly Production processes, including Ultrasonic Welding techniques.
Proficiency in creating Process Control documents such as Control Plans and Procedure Specifications.
Experience working with SAP systems for managing manufacturing operations.
Ability to analyze data using Excel and other tools.
Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
Skills in developing and implementing process improvements through PFMEA studies.
