Role Description This is a full time, in office Salesperson role located in Jalandhar. The Salesperson will greet and engage customers, understand their fabric and textile needs, and recommend appropriate products to support their purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales floor, answering product questions, preparing quotations, and processing orders and payments accurately. The role involves maintaining product displays, ensuring stock is well organized, and coordinating with the inventory team when items need to be replenished. The Salesperson will also follow up with regular clients, collect feedback,



and support basic record-keeping and reporting to help improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse customer base.
Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, present product benefits, and close sales ethically.
Basic numerical and record-keeping skills for handling invoices, payments, and daily sales reports.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain product displays, manage stock on the floor, and ensure accurate information for customers.
Ability to work on-site full time in Jalandhar, stand for extended periods, and manage a fast-paced retail environment.
Previous experience in fabric, textiles, or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn product details and market trends.
Basic computer or POS system familiarity for billing and maintaining customer records.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in sales or retail operations is beneficial.
